Shopping
Pier Park North shopping center in Panama City Beach opened in 2014 and expanded the original Pier Park Lifestyle Center by 360,000 square feet. The new development includes many national retailers.
Panama City Mall features over 100 specialty stores and is surrounded by the Shoppes at Panama City anchored by nationally known restaurants and retailers. Downtown Panama City offers boutique shops, locally-owned restaurants, and unique experiences.
Culture and Events
With concerts and shows occurring year-round at the outdoor Aaron Bessant Park, local restaurants and the Marina Civic Center, there is always something to do. Panama City Beach is also gaining national recognition for its many outdoor events including the annual Seafood & Musical Festival which draws visitors from all over the country with its headliners and local seafood.
Friday Fest in downtown Panama City in Bay County’s largest street festival with over 200 show cars and 50 vendors that enliven the historic area on the first Friday of the month beginning in March and ending in November.
